once upon a twinkling star

well i started this out with just the blue background, clouds and grass. etc. etc. and i had an idea to add some one reaching up to the sky. so i was browsing through stock and i found some images for the cutest little girl and it just so happend there was one of her pointing up. then i read the terms for using the artists stock. and she said she was having a fantasy contest. so i went with the theme. and this is what i came up with.
